The brainchild of Damien Bertrand, a respected name in the Cognac community, this brand is a personal passion project sprung from a collaboration with a Cuban friend, a fan of cigars, fondly referred to as 'Hermano'. This bond is the inspiration behind the 'Brothers' in the Crocodile Brothers name, embodying the values of respect, authenticity, friendship, and fraternity.
The Crocodile Brothers XO, their flagship product, is a celebration of joy and 'Joie de Vivre'. Distilled from the grapes of the Fins Bois region, this Cognac includes eaux-de-vie dating back to 2010 from the family reserve. After traditional aging in 350-liter barrels, it undergoes a special finish in 160-liter “cigar-shaped” new barrels, adding the final touch of flavorful complexity.
The result is a Cognac with golden hues, natural color, shining bright and inviting. Its nose is a delicate blend of floral notes, discreet rancio, and a hint of vanilla, while the palate offers a fruity and round experience.
