Opis
Discover the Beautiful Borderies with this Limited Edition VSOP from Camus
Created from eaux-de-vie aged for at least four years, Camus Limited Edition Borderies VSOP Cognac presents a lively sweet and floral character typical of the small Borderies region of Cognac. This limited edition has been produced predominately from the magnificent Domaine Camus vineyards in the heart of the prestigious Borderies appellation and was distilled with the lees for additional depth of flavor.
Camus owns the largest extension of vineyards belonging to one single producer in the region, creating distinctive Cognacs with floral notes from the unique clay-limestone soil. The long maturation process in seasoned casks has allowed the mineral notes of this VSOP Cognac to merge into rich vanilla and orange, showing a stunning balance between eau-de-vie and oak.
Since Jean-Baptise Camus founded his company in 1863, four generations have followed in his footsteps to turn this small winegrower into a world-renowned Cognac house of distinction. Their family-owned vineyards are part of a magnificent estate of 280 hectares (691 acres), located in the very heart of Cognac. The Camus family are passionate about responsible cultivation, allowing their fields to accumulate organic matter while preserving wildlife in the surrounding environment.
Presentation of the bottle
The Camus Limited Edition Borderies VSOP Cognac is presented in a curved, carafe-shaped bottle with an individual bottle and batch number stamped on the label. The cream-colored box with gold lettering makes it a stunning gift for any Cognac lover.
How to drink
As a limited edition VSOP Cognac from such a distinguished region, this is the perfect digestif, best enjoyed neat in a tulip glass. For a different drinking experience, add a splash of cold mineral water to enhance and lift the most delicate aromas.

Best Value for Money
Camus fits my taste best and this VSOP is the start to that experience. I only can recomend tasting it. for me it has a dark, rasiny, earthy and leathery taste. great! in the borderies XO the experience goes on and there you can taste the matured roundness of the borderies.
A unique Taste from the Borderies Cru.
A limited release from Camus, I picked this up at a local store, at a great price, and being a fan of Camus and it’s Cognac, I was ready to try this VSOP exclusive from Borderies from CAMUS! Opening the bottle at room temperature, after a pour of 1.5 oz, and letting it sit for several minutes (30...
Unusually elegant VSOP!
I had never tasted a Cognac from the Borderies terrroir before, but I'm very pleased with this bottle. I've taken to tasting at least 3 separate occasions before commenting now. This is a spirit which appreciates some breathing by a newly opened bottle. The freshly opened spirit seemed a bit harsh,...
Main ingredient of turkey recipe.
Turns out that this cognac was pretty delighted to be the guest of our cognac cream sauce for oven cooked turkey. Also, used the last drops as appetizer. PRO: Cheap, the nose is pretty interesting, but the actual taste (or palate) wasn't that great, maybe due to turkey smell in the kitchen.
O Camus Cognac
