Normandin Mercier VSOP Organic Cognac is a certified organic Cognac, which means that from the very beginning, from vine to bottle, not a single artificial product has been used in its production. No yeast or sulphur is added to the wines, no chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides are utilized during production, and the final bottling has absolutely no additives. The eaux-de-vie used in this young blend have been sourced from the classic Petite Champagne terroir and aged for a minimum of four years in French oak.

These include non-chill filtering, no added coloring, and respect for the manual work that goes into their production. They also produce a superb collection of Pineau de Charentes. 

How to Enjoy Normandin Mercier VSOP Organic Cognac

To appreciate the individuality of this vintage Cognac, we suggest enjoying it neat in a tulip glass. A dash of water may be added to lower the alcohol percentage and allow the aromas to open up further. Alternatively, mix with sparkling water or tonic for a refreshing summer aperitif.
