Born in 1971, Jeannine and Jacques Chollet set up their own distillery after years of hard work and dedication to secure themselves on their farm in Boutiers St-Trojan. Ever since the business has excelled and expanded - and now stands proud with the founder’s two sons Bertrand and Christophe in charge of the Collet Cognac and its future developments.
