Composed from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes, the Park Napoleon Borderies Cognac is an award-winning release that provides the perfect introduction to this often underrated terroir. One thing any Cognac connoisseur will emphasize is the unique flavor that eaux-de-vie from the Borderies express. The soil here exerts a unique character on the grapes grown across its chalky, sandy hills, resulting in Cognacs that are round and soft with a distinct note of violets. Blended in small, hand-crafted batches and aged in a combination of new and old oak, this Napoleon expression has a complexity and depth that is sure to charm you from the very first sip.
Park Cognacs are produced by a family-owned company that can be traced back to the year 1880, when Gaston Tessendier, a mathematics teacher, acquired a vineyard in the Cognac region. Tending to the vines himself, he was such a successful part-time winemaker that he expanded his area and eventually built a distillery to produce wines and Cognac. Over time, the company became one of the largest bulk suppliers in the whole region, and still remains in the family to this day.
In the capable hands of brothers Jerome and Lilian Tessendier, these fourth-generation distillers decided in 2005 that it was time for Tessendier to not only provide Cognac to other suppliers, but to bottle their own range. Since then, six brands have been created, including Cognac Park. All Park Cognacs are produced from grapes that are free from chemicals and pesticides, creating high-quality, unadulterated eaux-de-vie at a low price. The idea of Cognac Park is to produce delicious Cognacs affordable to all, focusing on the liquid inside the bottle rather than fussy marketing - and their achievements certainly speak for themselves!
Simple and elegant, the bottle shape and label are reminiscent of vintage bottlings, a nod to the past with its calligraphy lettering and silver foil. Of course, a gift box completes the package.

Cognac Park is a brand produced by the large eaux-de-vie group Tessendier & Fils, a wholesaler who has a traceable history dating back to the 19th century. Presented in elegant ‘cognacaise’ bottles, the range encompasses all of the growing regions of the area, and produce blends both young and old. A relatively recent brand, the popularity of Cognac Park is beginning to grow, as more consumers in various countries become aware of its existence.
