The journey of Pineau Park begins with the immediate pressing of white grapes, harvested at the peak of ripeness at the end of September or the beginning of October. To preserve the vibrant fruity flavors, the grape must is skillfully blended with Cognac eau-de-vie, preventing fermentation and ensuring the stability of the liqueur.

After a period of six months, the Pineau is carefully racked and then aged for a minimum of 18 months, with at least 12 months spent in oak barrels. The aging process of Pineau Park typically ranges between 2 and 4 years.
