Marquis de Brim is a Cognac Maison honouring the family history and life of Olivier de Brim who was born in the Cognac region under King Louis XIV. Olivier served sovereign to the King and made his reputation through his military successes, gaining the ‘Marquis’ title and a chateau from the King. He discovered his dream of producing exceptional wines and Cognacs, and with ownership of the castle his dream came to life. This exuberant VS Cognac is ideal to drink on the rocks, or used in cocktails and aperitifs. Try it with tonic or with a splash of soda - or use it to mix up a Royal Spritz:
Pour the first three ingredients in a large wine glass, fill with ice and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist and a mint sprig. Cheers!
