This biodynamic Cognac is a very special blend produced from 100% organic materials. The Brard Blanchard family maintains a strict organic winery and upholds firm standards of producing high-quality eaux-de-vie without any additives. Aged for 2 to 3 years, the Brard Blanchard C.com Bio Cognac is a lively and youthful expression with wonderful floral notes reflecting the grapes used to make it.
The family of the Domaine Brard Blanchard, located on the southern slopes that border the Charente, has worked on the vineyard for almost four generations. They began their quest for the highest quality of Cognac in 1972 with polyculture, planting grapevines and producing dairy products, but it was only in 1976 when they focused all of their efforts into viticulture and marketing. The vines are all grown organically and manually harvested for every product, making this an extraordinary labor of love.
This expression comes in a simple, tall bottle that lets the Cognac speak for itself. The blue label and foil on the neck contrast nicely with the bright hue of the liquid contained within.
