A beautifully harmonious Cognac from the single vintage year of 1972. Maxime Trijol 1972 Petite Champagne Vintage Cognac is produced exclusively from eau-de-vie selected from the Petite Champagne. With delicate floral fragrances and soft aromas of candied dried fruits, this Cognac is an exquisite vintage offering that leaves a lasting impression both on the mind and the mouth. The distillation on the lees sublimated by its long stay in oak barrels enhances the final expression.
Based in the serene location of Saint-Martial-Sur-Né, Maison Maxime Trijol is a well-known brand famous for its expert knowledge and savoir-faire that, like with many Cognac producers have been passed down through the family for generations. Boasting twenty-two enormous stills, Maxime Trijol oversees every single step of the production process, with no need to outsource services from other Cognac producers.
