Cognac "La Gloire de Mon Père" 1990 is the quintessence of the Bourgoin aging cellars and an honourable tribute to the crisis that hit the winegrowers in Cognac appellation with force from 1990 onwards. During this time, very little Cognac couldn’t be produced, as without the grapes there wasn’t much the farmers could do.
The period caused great uncertainty and left farmers and in particular those at the forefront of Bourgoin unsure of whether they could continue to live from the vine.
The small amount of eaux-de-vie that could be savored from the time, however, now beholds paradoxical beauty as 30 years later the vintage Cognacs produced during the crisis have now become the father of the current cellar master’s glory and prized treasures.

The house of Bourgoin is a contemporary craft Cognac brand that produces atypical and unique eaux-de-vie, by dedicating its passion and expertise to cultivating the very best vines, through the most natural means possible.
