This Cognac has been created from a blend of Maison Peyrat’s most extraordinary organic spirits, making the Peyrat Le Chaigne Organic Cognac a 100% certified organic creation from this renowned artisan house. All the eaux-de-vie in the blend have been aged in oak casks for a minimum of 5 years before spending several additional months in Sauternes barrels. Unsurprisingly, it won a Gold Medal at the 2021 International Organic Awards.

“Rich and generous, it offers a grand, mouth-filling flavorful sensation that is opulent and sensual, displaying aromas and flavors of roasted pineapple, mango and preserved fruit, bergamot, fig and exotic fruit, all supported by a delicate toasty wooded structure with spices and hints of Bourbon vanilla, oak and cinnamon. How to Serve

Complex and delicate, the full character of Peyrat Le Chaigne Organic Cognac reveals itself gradually when served straight, with a splash of mineral water, lightly chilled or with a large ice cube. Trt mixing it with ginger ale or tonic water for a delicious highball.
