How to enjoy

While this VSOP is a truly versatile Cognac wonder, the house of Frapin recommends using it as the base of a cocktail. Try mixing up their “Papounet Cocktail”:

Ingredients:

• 1 cl of Monin Yuzu fruit
• 1 cl of Saint Germain liqueur
• 5 cl of Frapin VSOP Cognac
• 2 wedges of lime
• 4 basil leaves Crushed ice
• 5 cl of Pimento (ginger ale, chilli)

Using a cocktail shaker, begin by adding the crushed ice, wedges of lime and basil leaves. Next pour in the Frapin VSOP Cognac, Saint Germain liqueur and the Monin Yuzi fruit. Shake well and then slowly pour into a tumbler filled with ice cubes. Top up the cocktail with Pimento or ginger ale.
