Produced by the world-famous Hine estate for the Swiss cigar company Davidoff, the Davidoff Classic VSOP Cognac is a suitably mature Cognac intended to be enjoyed alongside a cigar. This refined VSOP has recently been revamped after its acquisition by Hine, meaning more innovative production methods and an intricate and exciting flavor profile. It comprises a blend of around 40 eaux-de-vie, predominantly sourced from the Grande and Petite Champagne growing areas. Davidoff Cognac is known for displaying rich, opulent and indulgent flavors; this VSOP is no different, having been matured for an average of 8 years in French oak barrels. The result is a Cognac with distinctive character, complex aromas and a long, lingering finish on the palate.
