La Chevalerie L’Ode de Vie Cognac is a well-balanced offering made up of eaux-de-vie selected in the harvest of 2009. Exclusively containing the Ugni-Blanc grape variety, it is neither predominantly woody nor sweet and instead reveals a delicate and well-balanced aromatic palate. Throughout the ageing process, it remained in the same French oak barrel until deemed ready for bottling.

Bringing new perspectives outside conventional routes of wine-making and Cognac production, Domaine de La Chevalerie is spread out over 35 hectares of vines and makes a wide variety of products, ranging from Cognac to grape juice. Keen to modernise the enjoyment of wine and Cognac, the brand also organises experiences and events at the estate.
