For five generations, the Goyon family have been growing grains and cultivating grapevines in the Petitie Champagne region. The location is placed in the middle of the  vineyards around Salignac-sur-Charente in the Charente-Maritime, benefitting from ocean breezes and intense sunshine. 

The current owner, Noëlla Goyon, supported by her husband Bernard and her son Adrien, perpetuates her family’s tradition of the manufacture of Cognac as well as a wide range of wines and other products. Her technique of cultivation and harvesting of the grapes, vinification, distillation and assembly of barrels remains traditional, as do the products offered by this tight-knit family.

In the stunning picturesque setting of Cognac Goyon, Noëlla Goyon frequently welcomes visitors to her family estate. Dedicated to viticulture, here they offer tasting journey of wines, pressed juices and Cognac. Whether it’s the freshness of a white or rosé Pineaux or the aged finesse of an eaux-de-vie carefully aged in a humid maritime cellar, this is an estate where every grape is used to its full potential.
