描述
Louis Royer Distillerie de l'Ecole Petite Champagne Cognac
The Louis Royer Distillerie de l'Ecole Petite Champagne Cognac is a creation made solely from eaux-de-vie from, as the name suggests, the Petite Champagne terroir of the region. Wonderfully typical of this region, it boasts floral, oak notes as a result of many years spent in the barrel. Correlating the smell beautifully, the taste is rich, yet gentle with a desirable long finish. Surprisingly sophisticated, it extends to a multitude of taste preferences.
Produced by a Cognac house founded in 1853, Louis Royer is a world-renowned house boasting four generations of knowledge. Strictly following traditional methods of production, it's a house that knows how to make a truly exquisite Cognac. No exception to that, this beautifully balanced selection boasts a taste that only true, traditional expertise could master. It comes as no surprise that this excellent XO has received the following awards:
2006 - UK INTERNATIONAL SPIRITS CHALLENGE– Trophy
2010 - UK INTERNATIONAL WINE AND SPIRIT COMPETITION - Gold
2013 - UK INTERNATIONAL WINE AND SPIRIT COMPETITION - Gold
Presentation of the bottle
Stamped with tradition, the display is a beautiful representation of what a Cognac of such heritage offers. Sepia tones, with scroll type, create a historic charm allowing this Cognac to earn its rightful place in a cabinet. A tall bottle, with a cork top, simple sophistication suits this highly recognized Cognac seamlessly.
How to enjoy
As an XO, this Cognac is best enjoyed neat. Or, try mixing it into a longer drink to allow the sensations to be savored.
