Frapin's VS Cognac is a 100% Grande Champagne product and the youngest blend that the house of Frapin offers. A vibrant blend that has been aged for a minimum of 2 years in total. Boasting fresh and fruity flavors, hints of coffee and caramel inject warm undertones to be enjoyed all year round.

Ingredients:
- 5 cl Cognac Frapin
- 2 cl Cane sugar
- 3 cl Pineau des Charentes
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1 egg Lemon peel to garnish
Method:
Pour 5 cl of Cognac Frapin VS, 2 cl of cane sugar, juice of half a lemon, 1 egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into the cocktail glass filled with ice cubes. Add 3 cl of Pineau des Charentes. Garnish with the lemon peel.
