Maison Paintraud Frères really came to life in 1934, following the great phylloxera crisis, when Guy Painuraud began marketing his own Cognacs and Pineaux des Charentes under the family name. How to enjoy

The Paintraud VSOP Cognac is a delicate blend of eaux-de-vie that can be enjoyed neat or as a cocktail, preferably with artisanal tonic and lots of ice. Maison Paintraud also suggests lengthening 3cl of VSOP with Canada Dry, then adding two lots of orange zest, a few drops of Angostura Bitters and plenty of ice cubes.
