Leyrat Très Vieux Héritage is an exceptionally old cognac, produced using Ugni Blanc grapes grown exclusively in the Fins Bois region. Leyrat’s meticulous production methods are what give its cognacs their inimitable flavor and finesse. All stages of the Cognac’s creation, from the vine to the bottle, are carried out at the Domaine de Chez Maillard, abiding by organic and traditional methods including distillation in small 2,500 litre stills.

The House Leyrat is renowned for creating Cognacs characterised by their complexity and elegance, all of the grapes grown are handpicked from vineyards on the estate and cultivated using natural fertilizers without chemicals.
