Hine Millesime 1985 Early Landed Cognac is one of a selection of vintage cognacs created from harvests in exceptional years. Each is different, because the climate during that year's growth and the storage conditions influence the aging process. This makes for unique flavors and tastes for each vintage year.

'Early landed' means that the casks of cognac were send to age in cellars near Bristol, in the UK, and were kept under guard of the local authority, before being returned to Hine in Cognac when the time was ready for the cognac to be created. The dampness and humidity of the Bristol cellars has created a powerful, round, well balanced blend with wonderful aromas of orange peel and lime tree blossom.
