描述
Fanny Fougerat Marin 2011 Fins Bois Cognac
A mineral and fresh Cognac selected from the year 2011, this beautiful Fins Bois offering is the creation of two different barrels that underwent two different toasting procedures in order to retain the Cognac's minerality and aroma.
Maison Fanny Fougerat offers Cognacs from winegrowers, each expressing different terroirs and personalities. The house's Cognacs are not blended but instead stand as signature cognacs, each boasting its own style and individuality. Originating from 4 generations of wine-makers and distillers, Fanny Fougerat took over the family business producing Cognac, which was usually valued in the blends of big trading houses. Today, the brand boasts its own Cognac range symbolic of the family's history.
Presentation of the bottle
Dressed in a contemporary cylinder-shaped decanter, the front of the bottle features a hand-drawn illustration of a woman looking out at the landscape. Giving an elusively mysterious narrative to the historic eau-de-vie contained inside. With its brilliantly golden robe, the color of the eau-de-vie itself also captures the attention of the curious Cognac drinker and lover of vintage spirits in particualr.
How to enjoy
Both suave and energetic, it is a summary and sunny Cognac, perfect for the beautiful days to be enjoyed in the shade of a fruit tree. Serve it neat or on the rocks in good company, and let the Cognac do the talking.
