描述
This Chateau de Beaulon XO Vintage Millésime from 1975, is an extra old cognac distilled in the year 1975 - a great vintage of Beaulon. Created solely from cognacs grown in the Fins Bois terroir, this is a cognac that is truly one for the connoisseur
On the eye: Beautiful amber robe, copper tones.
On the nose: Floral, followed immediately by a full wealth of aromas, rich aromas of walnut, caramel, white peach, port, and subtle rancio seconded by mild spices (cinnamon), the impression on the nose is soft and powdery. After twenty minutes very elegant woody notes develop (cedar), leather (suede), then heavier notes of wax, butter, amber and candied orange.
On the palate: Lively, supple attack then a return of flowers, notes that are very present in the mouth. Initial notes light and agreeable, woody, woodland flowers. A very light acidity gives it vivacity. The finish is of spicy, woody, dried apricots.

About Château de Beaulon Cognac
The beautiful façade and setting of the Chateau de Beaulon Cognac estate is a fitting setting for producing fine cognac. The chateau itself dates back to the year 1480, with it entering into the hands of the Beaulon family in 1510. The family name remains the same to this day, although it is now run by the very capable Christian Thomas. Chateau de Beaulon Cognac has always been, and continues to be, created purely from the fruits of a single vineyard, and is recognized around the world as being a highly desirable, artisan produced cognac.
