2002 marked a turning point in European history as a single currency was adopted and the British Monarchy lost the Queen Mother. In 2002, the Bache Gabrielsen cellar master selected two different lots from the Grande Champagne, which expressed blissful harmony when blended together to form this Cognac.

Bache Gabrielsen is a Cognac house currently run by Hervé Bache-Gabrielsen who is the fourth generation to take the ropes of the family business.
