Selected exclusively from the Fins Bois, famous for its mineral-rich soils ideal for the growth of Ugni-Blanc grapes used to produce quality Cognac, the eau-de-vie of this well-aged presents unique flavours. Having aged for ten years in Limousin oak wooden barrels, Vaudon Double Cask Fins Bois Cognac was finished in “new American oak” barrels during its last leg of the aging process. A sweet and fruity Cognac, it reveals delicate notes of toasted coconut, creme brulee, tatin pie and bourbon on the nose before proceeding to nuances of vanilla, cooked banana and white fruits.
