This is a Grande Champagne about one generation old (25 years), and it is the middle of their range. This cognac has a dark golden color and is elegant on the nose. I find fruity notes and some darker tones of wood and leather in the back. It smells like a cognac that is about to become an adult....

Dark, woody, spicy notes. Candied oranges, orange peels, spice, pastry notes, vanilla, more oily than Lot N°90, tasted H2H. Finish is of medium length, nutty, spicy, wood.

Burnished copper in the glass, more red than gold, jewel-like. First nose is rich, sweet mix of fruit and floral, complex and luxurious. Spicier than the nose suggests, mouth-filling taste becoming sweeter in the finish, a hint of floral, but mostly fruit, peach, apricot, flavors for every part...
