Ferrand Cognac Ambre

Quite a surprise, this one. Such a sweet, fruity opening but none of the youthfulness I’d usually expect from its peer group. Light on wood and spice, so not the most balanced, but very tasty and immensely drinkable..

To be honest I was not crazy about this cognac at first. But over time, I began to enjoy it more. It has a very mellow flower and fruit profile and is a great addition as a daily sipper.

Probably best value for money, this spirit is a wonderful example of small batch producer's masterpiece!
