A Cognac cult classic, Maxime Trijol XO Classique is a multi-award winning, extra old blend of the best quality eaux-de-vie from each of the six Cognac growth appellations. A flawless fusion of eaux-de-vie, curated as a result of the meticulous artisan craftsmanship of Masion Maxime Trijol. Not only is the rich aromatic harmony of this XO the sign of a well matured Cognac, but it is the sign of a well-experienced master-blender too. With floral fragrances, flourishing into rich and spicy flavors on the palate, this Cognac offers a sensory delight that will impress connoisseurs and Cognac enthusiasts alike.

Matured in Limousin French oak barrels, XO Classique is a blend of many different years. As an XO the youngest component is ahed for at least 10 years. However, the house of Maxime Trijol typically allows the Cognacs to age far longer than the minimum required number of years. Instead, choosing to bottle their blends when the cellar-master is sure that the eaux-de-vie have reached their fullest potential in the casks.
