The A de Fussigny XO Fine Champagne Cognac is a blend of eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne terroir. A minimum of 50% comes from the premier cru - Grande Champagne. This blend, along with the process being carried out in the humid cellars of A de Fussigny's Charente River location, has led to an aromatic and flavorsome Cognac that's as contemporary as it is a taste experience.

The packaging is modern - almost futuristic when it comes to the traditional world of Cognac. Encased in a bottle that would be as at home on a dressing table as atop your drinks cabinet, it's certainly a Cognac to be discussed (and enjoyed) at length. Got a sample from a friend to try, very good cognac. Full bodied, lot of nuts and orange notes. Very long finish, can still taste it on my tongue a good 4-5 minutes after finishing it. Cognac aficionados will enjoy this one as a digestif or with a cigar.

About A de Fussigny Cognac

A de Fussigny cognacs are beautifully elaborated in the company’s own distillery, founded in 1814 in the historical center of Cognac, France, on the banks of the Charente River. The river proximity creates a perfect hygrometry in the cellars and accordingly excellent aging conditions. The house hallmark is to combine traditional elaboration methods with a very modern and innovative packaging and brand image. The proximity to the river make for perfect hygrometry and allows the aromas of the to unfold. The product design is extremely different to that of traditional cognacs, the information on the cognac, such as age, name, percentage etc. is handwritten on the label, which makes it very personal.
