The Distillerie du Peyrat Organic Selection is a VS Cognac created from a blend of eaux-de-vie from a selection of crus, each aged for around 3-4 years. The result is a lively, yet well-rounded young Cognac that delights with flavors of pear and light vanilla. And, in keeping with all of the Cognacs from Distillerie du Peyrat, every step of the production process is carried out in a wholly organic manner.

This is a great VS to own, and is truly versatile. Enjoy it over ice - perhaps as an aperitif, or combine it with a mixer for a refreshing long drink, or as a base for your favorite cocktail. The Cognac is presented in a traditional style Cognac bottle.
