Ingredients:

50ml of Cognac VSOP

20ml Triple Sec

20ml Lemon Juice

5 or 6 Ice Cubes

1 Orange zest to garnish

Method: Shake all of the ingredients over ice, then fine strain into a chilled glass. Finish with orange zest to garnish.
