Nose : Complex with notes of old pineau, maderized wine, old oxygenated liqueur wine, bitterness, complex herbaceous notes, fruits and berries with a nice acidity - blackberry, black currant, sloe.

Palate: Generous and very complex on aromatic herbs, quite bitter, sweetness and complexity of maderized wine, presence of red fruits with some acidity.

Finish: Balanced on bitterness, fruitiness and complexity, exceptional length.

This vermouth is made from grape must mutated with Cognac, made from red wine from Gascony harvested by hand and matured in Armagnac barrels for at least 2 years. 
Infusion of fruits, herbs, flowers, and spices.

Serve at room temperature or at 18°. Can also be enjoyed chilled, with an olive and an ice cube, as an aperitif. Interesting bitter base in a cocktail.
