Prunier meets IWFS Exclusive Edition presented by Cognac Expert

This Cognac is a blend of three different eau-de-vie, all of which come from a grower in a small village in the heart of the Grande Champagne. The grower is an old family that Prunier has worked with for a considerable amount of time. The Cognac was first aged in French oak barrel (amount of time unknown) before being transferred to a larger oak tank to continue its maturation. The cellar conditions were humid, which enhance the overall mouthfeel/texture and give a Cognac of complexity and balance.
