Gin Osmoz "Finish" Fut de Cognac is a unique gin offering that spent its aging process in old oak barrels that once contained Cognac. Before the production process began, two very old Pineau barrels were selected in order to refine the existing Citrus and classic gins by Chateau de Montifaud. By moderating the barrels in which the gin is aged, Elodie Vallet was able to also adapt the aromatic palette of her gins while preserving freshness.

Due to the chalky land content and prominent limestone in the Petit Champagne region, high-quality eaux-de-vie is almost certainly guaranteed from the likes of Chateau de Montifaud and cognac houses in this terroir.
