An Eau-de-vie made from an old Gaillacois grape variety reintroduced by the Plageoles family, the grapes are harvested after passerillage. Passeriallage is the procedure of air-drying grapes after the harvest to enhance their sugar content.

Intense straw yellow color. It is bright, luminous, and limpid. The mottled reflections undulate between golden and green tints where silver nuances also appear which denote its age. This vinous, highly aromatic eau-de-vie is distinguished from other grape eaux-de-vie by its spicy flavor.
