Ordonneau Domaine de la Grolette Tres Vieille Reserve

I have re-bought this cognac already the 3rd time. For the money value you receive a cognac worth the double price. You will have with the first sip a full bloom of different aroma unbelievable this one is my favorite.

I bought this based on a recommendation from here, and was not disappointed. It’s very smooth and has a distinct Fins Bois profile which lives up to its name! It’s light, very smooth and has a long, gentle finish which leaves you craving more

I seem to be a fan of Cognacs that arise from the grapes of the Borderies region. Now into my second bottle of this wonderful nectar, There are times when i think i prefer it to Cordon Bleu. It's a close race. Must taste again before I deliver a final verdict.

This has become a reoccurring shipment for me. A nice after dinner drink.

For the price and the smooth fruit notes that this contains, it is hand's down one of the better bottles of Cognac I've purchased. Comparing it to the Bache Gabrielsen Hors d'Age I spent $200 on overseas, this bottle at $91 gives you that same taste and finish in my opinion, for a lot less.
