Estève Sélection Coup de Coeur Cognac
The Estève Sélection Coup de Coeur Cognac is an excellent XO-quality blend from this hands-on Cognac house. Created from eaux-de-vie solely sourced from the Petite Champagne terroir, all the components of this release have been aged for a minimum of 20 years, significantly longer than that which is required for an XO statement. The combination of terroir and oak has created a wonderfully complex expression, with seductive floral aromas and a delicate, subtle palate.
The House of Estève mainly focus on products from the Petite Champagne region, where they own and manage 45 hectares of Ugni Blanc grapevines. The property is situated in the municipality of Celles in Charente-Maritime, where the seventh generation of the family now produce a range of Cognac that are composed mainly of older eaux-de-vie.
