A refined and accomplished XO Cognac created in the image of Roland Bru
Made in the image of Roland Bru during the period in which he made this Cognac, this is a well-aged Cognac with elegance and refined aromas. The Roland Bru XO Cognac is exquisite, made with eaux-de-vie from the finest crus in the region such as the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne.
Aged for at least 10 years, the Cognac XO Roland Bru is a fine blend of Cognacs aged patiently in authentic French barrels.
Biding his time, Roland Bru waited for the precious nectar to reach sufficient maturity - creating the balanced eaux-de-vie found today. Acquiring the property in 1955, Roland Bru began producing Cognac at the estate in Sireuil, located near the Charente River.
The Cognac Maisons owns 20 hectares of vineyards in the Grande Champagne, and 40 hectares in the Fins Bois. They also work in partnership with local wine growers. Run for three generations by the Bru family, the Moisins Distillery has been a site of magic for many years. He decided that to make the best Cognacs, he would have to be quite patient, and so he stored away some of his oldest and finest Cognacs to leave them to age even longer.
