Description
One Century of Bossis: Raymond Bossis XO Limited Edition N°1
The Raymond Bossis XO Limited Edition No.1 Cognac has been specially created for the occasion in collaboration with Sam Grégoire, the world’s first artist to paint using a chainsaw technique. This XO represents a partnership like no other to celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the Raymond Bossis Estate. Created by the third generation of producers in the Bossis family, this Cognac presents a new flavor and aroma profile for Cognac lovers everywhere.
This XO Cognac has been aged for more than 40 years in oak casks, and is created with some of the maison’s oldest eaux-de-vie from the depths of their cellar. Bottled at a higher proof of 43% ABV, it is expressive and lively with fruity yet woody and smoky aromas.
The Cognac has only been reduced by approximately 20% in the distillation process, in order to capture the notes and quality at a high concentration. You’ll be seduced by its powerful aromas alone.
Presentation of the decanter
The Cognac has been designed in collaboration with Sam Grégoire, creating a stunning decanter and label. The technique used by Grégoire is somewhat urban and contemporary, as he wields a chainsaw and multicolored paints to create an exciting new effect.
You will receive a personalized decanter if you purchase one of the first 19 bottles. This Cognac is available in a limited quantity of 1000 bottles, so be sure to get yours.
Serving Suggestions
A rare XO like this should firstly be enjoyed neat in a snifter glass, at room temperature.
