A finely aged bottled XO Cognac from the Fins Bois
The Raymond Bossis XO Bouteille Cognac is a fine assemblage of eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois cru, and has caught the attention of critics. Maturing for long periods in the barrel means it has a certain quality and roundness. Its age comes to the fore with notes of grilled almonds, wood and spice. Crafted with Ugni Blanc grapes from the largest cru in the region, it commands mastery over the senses.
The Fins Bois terroir is known for producing eaux-de-vie that are supple and round, and age quicker than most. For that reason, the maturation period of this Raymond Bossis XO Bouteille makes it a precious blend.
Served at 40% ABV, it arrives in a 70cl bottle.
