Description
Quintard Frères XO David Gallienne Selection
The Quintard Frères XO David Gallienne Selection is a unique collaboration between independent Cognac producers Quintard Frères and chef David Gallienne (winner of Top Chef 2020). This limited-edition XO expression is crafted from eaux-de-vie drawn exclusively from their family estate in Petite Champagne and refined to reflect the values shared by the collaborators: generosity, subtlety and terroir respect.
This Cognac is a rare find: it is produced in limited quantities, and is often only available through the Domaine’s boutique or select partner establishments.
Presentation of the decanter
The bottling is elegant, featuring a clean decanter and a label bearing the signature “David Gallienne” selection — a clear signal of its exclusivity.
On the nose, expect fruit touches of warm dried apricot and fig, layered above soft oak and vanilla. The palate offers smooth, full-bodied structure, showcasing fruit-driven expression with light toasted hazelnut and a gently spicy finish. The finish extends with calm poise and a refined wood-vanilla echo.
Designed for the enthusiast and collector alike, the Quintard Frères XO David Gallienne Selection makes a fine choice for moments of taste discovery. Whether served neat in a tulip glass or gently sipped after a fine meal, it embodies independent spirit, character and authenticity.
