The Prunier Singularité Cognac is a remarkable blend crafted by Stéphane Burnez, embodying the essence of the Prunier family's dedication to producing exceptional Cognacs. This limited edition release consists of only 299 bottles, each containing a unique blend of very old eaux-de-vie, aged between 28 and 104 years.

The blend includes:

  • 1920 Petite Champagne (10%)
  • 1930 Grande Champagne (2% - Chateaubernard)

  • 70 years old Grande Champagne (20%)
  • 40 years old Borderies (56% - St Laurent de Cognac)
  • 1996 Fins Bois (7%)

This exquisite Cognac has been aged in French oak barrels, benefiting from the ideal ambient conditions of Prunier's cellars in Gimeux. The natural humidity provided by the adjacent river enhances the aging potential, resulting in a Cognac of remarkable depth and complexity.

On the nose, the Prunier Singularité Cognac reveals a sophisticated onset that steadily amplifies throughout the tasting experience, unveiling scents of candied orange, spices, and licorice. Natural roundness and elegant rancio emerge, bringing a superb dimension that combines notes of beeswax, hazelnut, and walnut husk.

The palate is equally impressive, offering an elegant and refined Cognac that strikes a perfect balance between power, freshness, and richness.
