A Cognac masterpiece that the cellar master has perfected
The Prince Polignac XO Excellence Apollon Cognac is a symphony of a perfect blend that produces an excellent quality of Cognac.
The XO on the bottle stands for Extra Old, denoting Cognac that consists of eaux-de-vie that have been aged in oak barrels for a minimum of ten years. However, it is good to take note that some XOs often have a much older average age being 20 years old and older.
