Description

Prince Hubert de Polignac XO Cognac by Prince Hubert: a perfectionist in life and Cognac

Blending eaux-de-vie ranging from 10 to 60 years old, the exquisite Prince Hubert du Polignac Cognac XO boasts a beautiful balance of the rich oaky textures of an older Cognac with the elegant fresh notes of fresh and candied fruits, all brought together with warming spices and sweet honeyed tones.

Thanks to Prince Polignac's notable reputation as a perfectionist and aristocratic socialite, his XOs reflect his expensive taste and refined palate, creating the perfect digestif to impress friends at your next dinner party.

Prince Hubert de Polignac himself was an aristocratic heir, a fine diplomat. Many of his qualities can be shared with that of a fine Cognac. With the help of the H.Mounier estate, he established Hubert de Polignac Cognac in 1947, applying his class, elegance, depth of character and refined nature to each of his blends.

Presentation of the bottle

Presented in a beautifully refined black and gold presentation sleeve, the bottle's design encapsulates the elegance and class of the French aristocracy. Both the box and bottle design proudly display the Polignac coat of arms, a symbol of the estate's heritage and noble birth.

How to Enjoy

Serve at just below room temperature (18 to 21° C), enjoy neat or on ice in a classic snifter or rocks glass. Why not serve this XO as a delightful digestif to your dinner party guests? Impress your friends just as socialite Polignac would 50 years ago.

Prince Hubert du Polignac XO Awards

This specific XO has brought home Gold several times over at numerous Cognac awards including:

  • International Spirits Challenge: "Outstanding" quality
  • San Francisco Spirits Competition

Try it for yourself and discover a flavor profile as sophisticated and elegant as its founder.
