Produced by a small artisan producer, with experience dating back to the 19th century, Paul Beau is a name you are going to want to remember. The family business was founded in the 19th century by Samuel Beau, Paul's father. It was that the brand was created in 1977 by Guy, Olivier's father.
Today, Olivier represents the 5th generation. He farms 60ha exclusively in Grande Champagne and continues the commercial adventure with Léa, his wife.
Maison Paul Beau has always been based in the heart of Cognac, on the finest land in Grande Champagne. The vineyards are equally divided between Segonzac, Verrières and Roissac.
Olivier runs the "Laurichesse" vineyard in Verrières, as does his father, Guy, his uncle, Yves, and his grandfather, Gaston. In Segonzac, it's his mother's "Petit-Beau" that he is proud to take care of.
