Description
The Cognac Paul Beau XO Vieille Réserve is a high quality cognac that has been aged for a minimum of 10 years. Paul Beau is a small, artisan producer whose cognacs offer outstanding value for money - if you've not yet heard of them then it's well worth trying a cognac from this house.
Paul Beau's Vielle Reserve is rich and densely-textured cognac, as seems to be the house style from this producer. Soft as a fluffy cushion to begin with, then slowly grips hold of the tastebuds. Honey and fine-grained oak tannins are present, balanced with the flavors of mouthwatering fruit.

About Paul Beau Cognac
With a history dating back to the 19th century, the house of Paul Beau Cognac boasts over 100 hectares of prime Grande Champagne vineyards. As with so many of the smaller family run concerns, Beau cognac started by selling all of their eaux-de-vie to the big cognac houses. However, after the business was handed down from the founder to his son, changes were put in place to commence selling some of their wares under their own label, and the brand ‘Paul Beau’ was born.
