Pasquet Achieves Power and Purity in this Natural Gem
The Pasquet L'Organic 10 Grande Champagne Cognac is a delightful, certified organic XO blend made solely from eaux-de-vie from the premier cru of the region– Grande Champagne. Managing to walk the ultra-thin line between power and finesse, it is the perfect match for those who are after the best of both worlds.
This masterful marriage of balance and structure is the work of Pasquet, a leader in organic cognac production whose focus is on small-scale, artisanal craftsmanship. In the 1990s, after 22 years of conventional practice by Jean-Luc Pasquet, a pivot was made towards an organic future, and the house was awarded ‘Agriculture Biologique’ status in 1998. Since then, they haven’t looked back– Pasquet L'Organic 10 Grande Champagne Cognac is just one blend in a series of formidable organic Cognacs.
Pasquet promises a lovely tasting experience with this natural gem. On the nose, complex notes of tobacco, cocoa and gingerbread charm the senses and foreshadow the warmth to come on the palate, where tastes of orange and ginger present themselves most strongly. At once warm and fresh, this makes Pasquet L'Organic 10 Grande Champagne Cognac a versatile offering from the all-organic realm.
L’Organic 10 is an alluring, pure amber in color, as pretty on the eyes as it tastes on the palate. Presented in a modern bottle with a sturdy frame and beautifully illustrated label, this certified organic 10-year-old Cognac is a wonderful staple addition to any drinks cabinet. It is remarkably well valued and delightfully balanced, an utter success for this all-natural series.

Thank you, Mrs. and Mr. Pasquet!
This cognac is from Grande Champagne, so it needs to be allowed to wake up. Couprie XO needs 1 week, Pasquet 10 needs 3 weeks. After sleep, cognac loses its pungent odor and causticity. It comes with the aroma of milk toffee. And the taste (in the USSR there was sweet sparkling water called Pinocchio)...
This is a nice young cognac that is easy to like. It has quite a bright color even though it is around 15 years old (much older than 10 indicates). It is rich on the nose with orange peel and more citrus tones. I also find some tobacco and some cocoa tones. In mouth I experience a lot of spices. It...
Finally found the perfect one for me
After having tried dozens and never having found “the right one”, this one popped up in the Advent Calendar. Smooth, balanced, beautiful light-honey color; definitely best-in-class without really even trying. Much better than many I have tried for twice or three times the price
About Pasquet Cognac
Certified organic Cognac house Pasquet perfectly strikes the balance between the warmth of family tradition and innovative savoir-faire. In order to revive a plot of vines during the 1990s, the Pasquet family reached deep into their ancestral history to rediscover its organic farming methods. It was here that they found a beautiful equilibrium not only in the ecosystem of their vines, but also in the Cognacs themselves. Since being awarded ‘Agriculture Biologique’ status in 1998, they haven’t looked back, continuing to craft small-batch Cognacs that epitomize natural beauty and balance. With versatile ranges such as ‘L’Organic’ and ‘Esprit de la Famille,’ the Pasquet family ensures that every step of production respects the environment, resulting in a very special collection of Cognacs.
