Park Borderies Mizunara Aged 12 Years Cognac
Introducing the Cognac Park Borderies Mizunara Aged 12 Years Cognac, the latest addition to the Park Mizunara Cognac series. This exquisite blend is the result of a groundbreaking collaboration between French Cognac cellar masters and rare Japanese Mizunara oak.
Crafted with the utmost care and attention, this third version is composed of eaux-de-vie aged for approximately 10 months in new French oak casks, before being transferred to red barrels of 400-liter capacity to sleep for several years and develop their full aromatic capacity. At the end of the 12 year maturation period, this Cognac is aged for 9 months in new Japanese mizunara oak barrels of a 500-liter capacity, which imparts a unique spicy aroma to the blend. The result is a wonderfully innovative product with a Japanese twist that will delight even the most discerning of palates.
Brothers Jérôme and Lilian Tessendier, the masterminds behind this remarkable Cognac, have focused solely on eaux-de-vie from the coveted Borderies region, known for its round, floral eaux-de-vie with subtle notes of violet. This, combined with the rare Mizunara oak, creates the perfect marriage of French savoir-faire and exotic Japanese flavors.
The Cognac Park Borderies Mizunara Aged 12 Years Cognac is a testament to the exclusivity and quality of the smallest of all the crus, with a light nature that truly sets it apart. Indulge in the finest Cognac with this remarkable blend, perfect for special occasions or simply to savor and enjoy.
