Eye: Deep, golden copper.

Nose: A rich, lively and complex nose. Notes of sweet orchard fruit such as apple and candied plum are present, dancing harmoniously with tones of mocha coffee, toasted almonds and vetiver.

Palate: A full bodied, mellow sensation that is well complimented by the Borderies' eaux-de-vie which devotes elegance and complexity to the blend. A well sustained finish, leaving notes of fruit and spice on the palate.
