Lembert XO Cognac

A Petite Champagne blend, this exclusive Cognac reaps the benefits of the region's limestone-rich and sun-drenched, chalky soils. As an XO Cognac, it's 30 years old, a single cask distilled in 1991, with some of this Cognacs components having spent far longer maturing in French oak casks.

The house of Lembert may be relatively unknown in the grander scheme of things compared with other household names; however, on a local level, it's hard for the brand not to have a dominating presence as its vines stretch across three of the largest crus in Cognac. And with six generations of savoir-faire behind the brand, it's safe to say that cellar-master Didier Lembert certainly knows a thing or two about producing Cognac of outstanding quality.

Presentation of the bottle

Displayed in a 700 ml bottle at 40% ABV, the presentation of this Cognac delights just as much as the characterful eaux-de-vie contained inside. Standing tall and proud, the Cognac's sparkling amber color shines through the bottle and reflects the light with elegance. The front of the bottle details product information in a contemporary fashion, as the modern label featuring the brand's four-leaved clover logo stands out with sophistication. A beautifully crafted bottle that is sure to impress XO Cognac enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.

How to enjoy

A well-matured Cognac like this one is best appreciated neat at room temperature. If you're keen to experiment with your tastings, why not try your second tasting session of Lembert XO on the rocks? Many Cognac lovers also like to add a drop of mineral water to their high-quality offerings, as it can help the aromas to evolve and develop even further. Finally, be sure to serve the Cognac in a tulip glass, as its narrow neck allows the flavours to develop in harmony for a tasting that reaches its fullest potential.
