La Chevalerie XO Cognac
La Chevalerie XO is a blend of Ugni Blanc grapes made into eaux-de-vie that has spent at least 10 years aging in the cask. This refined displays considerable aromatic complexity with its mature age. A very fine and well balanced expression from an olfactory perspective, alongside discrete nuances of vanilla that succeed in balancing everything out.
A Cognac house offering much more than the artful drink of Cognac, Domaine de la Chevalerie also presents its customers with collections of Pineau de Charentes, Jus de raisin and wine. Presentation of the bottle
Housed in a classic Cognaçaise bottle, its rich amber robe with orange glints, glows beautifully as it catches the light. While its presentation remains traditional, silver and deep mahogany accents modernise the overall presentation of this elegant VSOP with both style and sophistication.
How to enjoy
An XO of such beautiful quality should be enjoyed on its own - at room temperature. Drinking this mature Cognac neat will allow its sublime tasting notes to voyage through the senses sip after sip.
